Change management skills development for progressive Administrators


The world over has in the past two years gone through diverse changes i.e. both at workplace and at family level. The ability to cope with these changes highly impact on employees’ mental stability and ultimately overall performance. This program is cognizant to the fact organization’s ability to adapt to change has a direct impact on its effectiveness. Employees at different level are faced with diverse challenges, especially after emergence of COVID 19 pandemic, political and social changes. The need to cope with staff who lost their loved ones, change of protocol and introduction of new ways of doing things among other sudden changes call for organizations to get intentional about equipping their employees about managing various types of changes that they are likely to face. This training program is aimed at engaging participants in a manner that will enhance their ability to cope with change as well as enhance their change management skills. The program will be administered by international change management experts who will unravel different change management models with an aim of enabling participants to develop practical skills for managing organizational and individual change process so as to enhance their productivity at work place.
