These programs are open for participants from different organizations, their location and fee
structure are usually pre -determined and shown as advertised. Rolling out of these programs
is dependent on applicants’ quorum.
Customized Programs
These are Customer specific programs. They may be drawn from existing courses or customized
according to customer request. The location, fee structure and Venues is usually considered
according to the nature of the program.
Group Programs
These are programs that are rolled out for specific groups (Institutions, departments, cadre etc.
). These training programs have a pre -determined fee structure and Location.
Special Programs
These are seasonal programs on topical issues that are useful for a Leadership, administrative
and specific management teams. Their fee structure is usually flexible and aim at narrowing
capacity gaps in specific spheres.
