About This Program
The aim of this course is to learn about measures and actions to protect yourself, coworkers, and the workplace from unintentional and natural threats, as well as from intentional harm. Workplace security and safety is not just an issue for the company or management personnel. Employees at all levels need to take steps to prevent theft and other security risks such as theft, violence, willful damage-measures, arson, vandalism, and workplace violence. Feeling safe at work is a top priority for overall job satisfaction and employee retention and managers need to ensure that everyone need safety and security training.
