Where there are two or more people working on a joint project, conflict is inevitable. This is mainly because every individual is unique and have different perspective on how to accomplish the task assigned. Conflict could be both negative and health. Resolving conflict among individuals and in organizations is critical as it can lead to greater productivity or to stagnation and death if left unresolved. This course is aimed at providing individual and corporate officers knowledge on conflict resolution and management with an aim of equipping officers with skills to manage conflict situations as they arise in the process of work.
