Governance and leadership skills for senior managers
Good leadership is vital for good governance, especially in corporate management. For the Board of directors to realise the vison of the organization, it requires effective leadership from the chief executive officer of the management board to realise the mission and goals of the organization. A team’s success is basically impinged on their leader. As such leadership qualities and skills are important for senior managers as team leaders.
