Communication for the workplace: Strategies for success
Attaining organizational goals is premised on effective communication with your senior, workmates, clients and customers. There is no way of getting around communication in life. Every employee must endeavour to not only communicate, but employ strategies to ensure they succeed in conveying the right message effectively. This course is aimed at enhancing individual and corporate communication knowledge with an aim of equipping officers with skills to manage communication processes in planning and decision making, assignment instructions, and goal setting.
