Customer care is an art of delivering service in a manner that satisfy organizational customers, both internal and external. The process of caring for customers is getting complex every day given the diverse nature of clients. This process therefore requires careful planning and management of how individuals and organizations intend to deliver services to their clients while ensuring best care principles.
